We’re looking for a Rooms Reservations Agent to provide brilliant & genuinely helpful customer service for every guest looking to stay in our London Hoxton hotels.

The Hoxton is a series of open house hotels inspired by the diversity and originality of the streets and scenes that surround us.

The Hoxton, Shoreditch is our original Hoxton hotel, a firm fixture in Shoreditch since 2006, with 210 bedrooms, 2 restaurants and The Apartment, our meetings & events space.

The Hoxton, Holborn is a buzzing home in the heart of London, a stone’s throw from the West End. The property is home to Rondo, our neighbourhood bistro restaurant, our largest-ever Apartment and 220 bedrooms.

The Hoxton, Southwark is our latest addition in London and features 192 bedrooms, 2 restaurants including the panoramic restaurant Seabird, The Apartment and Working From_, our coworking concept.

The Hoxton, Shepherd's Bush is our newest addition in London and is central and south of the river with 237 bedrooms of different sizes, a new restaurant concept and terrace, our Hox lobby bar and terrace and The Apartment (our unique meetings & events space).

You’ll be part of our busy reservations department who work with our growing Hoxton portfolio. It’s an important role that often makes the difference a critic and a returning guest!

What you'll do...

  • Manage new and existing individual rooms reservations through telephone, email and website reservations
  • Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests’ expectations are not only met, but exceeded
  • Keep an eye on our booking channels
  • Maximise revenue and identify sales opportunities
  • Work with corporate clients/bookers and agents

  • Communicate with the Front Office Team or Restaurants Teams to facilitate the guests’ stay
  • Step in for the Reservations Supervisor or Manager when needed

What we're looking for...

  • A previous experience in hotel reservations is preferred but not mandatory – it’s all about how you contribute to the team! We can teach you everything you need to know about the world of hotel reservations
  • Proficiency in another language is a plus (French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch)
  • You’re great with computers and on the phone
  • Since we’re opening in several exciting places, speaking additional lingos is an advantage
  • You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
  • Passion for hospitality – whether that’s a drink, a meal, an event or a bed for the night
  • You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience
