We are looking for a Reception Supervisor to be part of our team for the Hoxton, Southwark.
The Hoxton, Southwark is our latest addition to The Hoxton family in London only a skip & a hop away from the South Bank. There is something for everyone: 192 rooms, a bustling ground-floor restaurant, bar and terrace, The Apartment (our unique meeting & events space, a stunning roof-top restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor seating PLUS our coworking space spread over six floors.
You will be responsible for providing a naturally friendly, helpful and responsive level of service to all our guests, ensuring they are treated as individuals and will want to return. You will be required to work flexible shift patterns which will include days as well as nights, weekdays, and weekends.

What you'll do...
- Lead and inspire our receptionists to create a memorable, effortless Hox experience for our guests – from when they arrive, over the course of their stay and until they get their bill and head off again
- Work with all our teams on keeping our rooms nicely booked, and help our Front Office Manager with any overbooking levels
- Answer phones, sort out requests, give recommendations to the best show to see and the latest pop-up restaurant to try in the area - you're the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to
- Work closely with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams to making sure everything is running smoothly when it comes to our guests’ stay

- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally having led/supervised a team
