Job Description

Our Concierge are our tour guides and experts of the hotel! Entrusted with providing our guests access to anything the city has to offer. Though skillfully trained, they never lose sight of their ultimate responsibility, to create lifelong memories for our guests. A day in the life of our Concierge… it demands high levels of energy in order to keep up. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all of the tasks that our Concierge accomplish would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know.


  • Our Concierge are responsible for acting as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information outside hotels. They arrange dining reservations, events, excursions, experiences and transportation requests during their day. This will include proactively seeking to understand our guest and creating customized solutions. They build external relationships with key partners to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • Sometimes our guests have special requests involving special occasions on and off-property. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Concierge, Creative Supervisor and Curator.
  • Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our Concierge are relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct.
  • Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Concierge must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.
  • The items shared are essential. However, to ensure consistency, our Concierge are provided with specifics on how we care for their department and our hotel. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Pay Range: $23.00 - $23.00



  • At least 1 year of progressive experience in a concierge role.
  • Hotel experience is preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 
  • Experience in Opera is preferred.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.


  • Able to stand and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
  • Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis.
  • Able to lift and move up to 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Regular and on-time attendance is critical.
  • Hours occasionally exceed 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to stand during shifts
