Job Description
- Greet and assist guests, providing information about services and ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Keep spa facilities, treatment rooms, and public areas clean and sanitized.
- Help therapists prepare rooms and maintain a comfortable environment during treatments.
- Monitor and restock spa products, towels, and linens.
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, guest inquiries, and payments.
- Provide guests with comfort items like robes, slippers, and refreshments.
- Maintain a relaxing atmosphere with appropriate lighting, music, and temperature.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in spa services or hospitality can be beneficial.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, especially in a spa or wellness setting.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for long periods.
- Friendly, approachable, calm, and patient demeanor.
- Knowledge of spa products, services, and basic administrative tasks.
