Job Description

At SLS The Red Sea, seamless coordination is at the heart of a successful sales experience. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the Sales team, keeping day-to-day activities organized, and ensuring client communication, documentation, and sales processes are handled efficiently and professionally.

Working closely with the Sales team and other hotel departments, you will coordinate client communication, maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports and proposals, and support meetings, bookings, and sales activities. Your organization, attention to detail, and proactive approach will help keep the team connected, responsive, and focused on delivering exceptional results.

  • Assist the Sales team with the preparation of proposals, contracts, rate agreements, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and CRM records.
  • Coordinate follow-ups on leads, inquiries, and client communication.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports as required.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and sales inquiries while providing accurate and timely information.
  • Liaise with clients on behalf of the Sales Managers regarding document submissions, confirmations, and updates.
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in coordinating small groups, events, VIP bookings, and special client requests.
  • Work closely with Reservations, Front Office, Revenue, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Ensure all sales documents, contracts, and agreements are properly filed, updated, and compliant with hotel policies.
  • Track signed contracts, promotions, and rate sheets.
  • Support the preparation of marketing collateral, presentations, and sales kits.
  • Manage meeting schedules, appointments, and calendar coordination for the Sales team.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistics for sales activities.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient sales office environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, sales coordination, administration, or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM or hotel systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a team.
  • Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
