Job Description
At SLS The Red Sea, strong relationships are at the heart of our sales success. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in building meaningful client connections, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue while representing the bold and distinctive spirit of SLS.
Working closely with the Sales team, you will develop key accounts, respond to client needs, and turn opportunities into lasting partnerships that support the hotel’s commercial goals. From sales calls and client meetings to site inspections, trade events, and account development, you will help strengthen the presence of SLS The Red Sea in the market.
- Support the Sales team in managing and developing key accounts and business partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel advisors, tour operators, and key partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that contribute to revenue growth and commercial objectives.
- Prepare and follow up on client proposals, contracts, presentations, and sales correspondence.
- Coordinate sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, familiarization trips (FAMs), trade events, and other sales activities.
- Maintain accurate client information, lead progress, and sales activities within CRM systems.
- Track account activity, booking pace, lead conversion, and other relevant sales performance indicators.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally while delivering personalized service.
- Support individual and group bookings in collaboration with Reservations and Guest Experience teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams on campaigns, promotions, and commercial initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and action plans for sales meetings and business reviews.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and travel patterns to identify new business opportunities.
- Support client outreach and database development to expand the hotel’s network and market presence.
- Represent SLS The Red Sea during client visits, site inspections, trade events, and brand activations.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with key accounts to strengthen relationships and drive future business.
- Represent SLS The Red Sea with professionalism, energy, and a passion for luxury hospitality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within luxury or lifestyle hospitality.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially driven with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and effective follow-up skills.
- Good working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to attend client meetings, sales activities, trade events, and site inspections as required.
