What we are looking for:

• You will report to our Head Housekeeper, supporting him/her in the management of day-to-day operations You will ensure our guests have a memorable experience according to company standards.
• You will have to ensure a memorable experience for our guests according to the company's standards.
• You will lead and inspire the Housekeeping team by example, creating an environment for them to be their best, encouraging their development and growth.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness are achieved within company guidelines.
• Supervise and control the cleanliness and maintenance of all our bedrooms and public areas.
• Effectively and efficiently meet all of our guests' requests.

Qualifiche

What we need from you :

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally 3 years as a Floor Supervisor in a 4 or 5 stars Hotel
• Strong orientation for the details and precision
• You will need to be a motivator for the team to ensure the constant growth.
• Knowledge of the Opera operating system will be an advantage
• We are looking for a person who has a passion for the world of hospitality
• Your main goal is to have a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience
• We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a hard-working, mutually supportive team
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English required
• Good knowledge of the Office package
