As our Security Manager, you protect the energy of Mama while making safety feel seamless, professional, and discreet. You balance vigilance with hospitality, authority with warmth, and structure with flow 🔥

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

• Safety Guardian 🛡️🏨
  Ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, and hotel assets at all times
  Maintain a visible yet discreet security presence
• Operations Controller ⚡🔐
  Oversee all security operations including access control, patrols, incident response, and surveillance systems
  Ensure smooth coordination of daily security activities
• Risk & Compliance Lead 📋⚖️
  Implement and monitor health, safety, and security procedures in line with company and legal standards
  Conduct regular risk assessments and audits
• Incident Manager 🚨🧠
  Respond to and manage incidents efficiently and professionally
  Document and report all security-related matters accurately
• Team Leader 👥💫
  Lead, train, and develop the security team to deliver consistent standards
  Build discipline, accountability, and strong team spirit
• Collaboration Partner 🤝🎶
  Work closely with Operations, Front Office, and Engineering to ensure a safe and smooth guest journey
• Guest Experience Protector 💖🛎️
  Ensure security processes never disrupt the guest experience—safety delivered with warmth and discretion
• Crisis Response Lead 🚨📊
  Manage emergency procedures, drills, and response plans with confidence and clarity
