Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

• Cleanliness Champion 🧼✨
  Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas
  Maintain Mama’s signature look and feel in every detail
• Team Leader & Culture Builder 👥💫
  Lead, train, and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver consistent excellence
  Create a positive, motivated, and engaged team environment
• Operations Expert ⚡🏨
  Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments, inspections, and scheduling
  Ensure efficient workflows and seamless coordination with Front Office and Maintenance
• Quality & Standards Guardian 🛎️🎯
  Conduct regular inspections to maintain brand standards and guest expectations
  Implement and monitor SOPs while keeping the Mama personality alive
• Inventory & Cost Controller 📦💰
  Manage linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies efficiently
  Control costs while maintaining quality and operational effectiveness
• Guest Experience Enhancer 💖
  Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and with care
  Support in resolving guest concerns and maintaining high satisfaction scores
• Collaboration Champion 🤝🎶
  Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Health & Safety Guardian 🛡️
  Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Qualifications

• You are experienced in managing inventory, budgets, and operational controls 📦💰
