Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join the pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Executive supports the implementation of the marketing strategy, ensuring that all marketing activities reflect the essence of the SLS brand and drive visibility, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists the Director of Marketing in developing comprehensive marketing plans and budgets.
- Supports the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Manages and updates the hotel website via WordPress, ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
- Oversees paid media campaigns (Google Ads, display, programmatic) and paid social media (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) to drive traffic, awareness, and bookings.
- Conducts research to identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights.
- Collaborates with the team to develop branding strategies, messaging, and creative content.
- Assists in the management of external agencies and vendors for digital marketing, PR, and creative projects.
- Monitors marketing performance metrics, including website analytics, social media engagement, and ROI tracking for paid campaigns.
- Supports the development of marketing presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintains relationships with local media outlets, influencers, and partners to generate publicity and brand exposure.
Qualifications
What we are looking for...
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality or luxury marketing.
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of WordPress for website content management.
- Strong understanding of paid media, paid social, and performance marketing strategies.
- High level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of team collaboration and leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
