Job Description

• Guest Greeting: Welcome all guests upon arrival and provide assistance.

• Guest Interaction: Answer guest inquiries and offer directions or recommendations.

• Presence: Maintain a professional presence in the lobby area at all times.

• Communication: Liaise with Front Office and Guest Relations teams for guest needs.

• Observation: Monitor lobby activity and report issues or concerns.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive demeanor and polished appearance.
