Job Description

What Will You Do?

  • Formulate and implement digital initiatives through new media and digital platforms to build brand awareness, drive traffic and conversion
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, e-newsletter and content marketing to achieve business goals based on projects’ objectives
  • Conduct data analytics for marketing campaigns to provide performance reports and insights for campaign optimization
  • Help define business requirements, operational metrics, key performance indicators, and develop roadmap for hotels digital properties
  • Expert with Google Marketing Platform, Meta Ads Manager and Programmatic platforms
  • Target-oriented, proactive, fast-paced with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of web analytic metrics
  • Manage the operation of content management system for all digital platform
  • Drive digital campaign launches in collaboration with internal departments and agencies
  • Work closely with technical and content teams to deliver digital projects with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills

  • Degree holder – preferred in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Hotel Management disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, either in-house or agency, candidate with rebranding experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product through its lifecycle
  • Presentable and creative self-starter with good business acumen
  • Strong organizational, project management and planning skills. Able to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining work quality
  • Experience in managing websites, apps and analytics tools will be an advantage
  • Be a good team player and able to work with the result-oriented team
  • Good at marketing analytics with strong skill in digital/ social analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tealium, Google Ads and Social media Ads)
  • Very strong interpersonal and communications skills, good multi-tasking skills, able to work under pressure and to short deadlines
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage
