THE MISSION?

Weโ€™re looking for a vigilant and proactive Security Manager to ensure our hotel remains a safe and secure haven for everyone ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ. If you have a knack for maintaining order and handling security with precision, this role is for you!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Youโ€™ll conduct regular inspections and controls to ensure top-notch security and safety ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿšจ.
  • Managing guest records and coordinating with law enforcement will be part of your duties ๐Ÿ“‹๐Ÿš“. Youโ€™ll provide additional assistance to guests beyond just protection, ensuring they have a safe and pleasant stay ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ›Ž๏ธ.
  • Keeping our facility and employees secure is a top priority ๐Ÿ”’๐Ÿ‘ฎ. Youโ€™ll ensure that all security procedures are followed and make necessary updates in response to new legislation ๐Ÿ“œโš–๏ธ.
  • Youโ€™ll track and check all employees and vehicles entering and exiting the property ๐Ÿš—๐Ÿ”‘. Develop and implement security plans, including protocols for sabotage, fire, and first aid ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿš’.
  • Monitor employee performance, support budget identification, and liaise with authorities as needed ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ”. Assist local law enforcement with interventions or investigations, and ensure compliance with the hotel's entry and exit rules ๐Ÿš“๐Ÿ”’.
  • Handle any incidents that disrupt order, immediately inform the General Manager, and, if necessary, report to law enforcers to resolve the issue ๐Ÿ“ž๐Ÿš”. Help with outside incidents like traffic accidents or theft if they occur ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿš—.
  • In case of any serious incidents like a death, coordinate with healthcare facilities and law enforcement, and report to the General Manager ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿš”.
  • Ensure that security personnel are always well-groomed and professional ๐Ÿ‘”โœจ. Recruit and set annual targets within the budget ๐Ÿ’ผ๐ŸŽฏ. Write reports on incidents and security-related events, and handle security requests and complaints efficiently ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ”ง.
  • Ensure the regular maintenance and repair of all security equipment ๐Ÿ”ง๐Ÿ› ๏ธ. Assess employee performance, share responsibilities, and participate in Emergency Response Teams ๐Ÿš‘๐Ÿ’ช.
  • Promote environmental sustainability by joining activities that protect biodiversity ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒฑ. Implement energy-saving measures and proper waste management to reduce environmental impact โ™ป๏ธ๐Ÿ’ก.
  • Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management to ensure everything runs smoothly ๐Ÿจ๐Ÿ”.
