A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Senior Sous Chef to join the team at St Martins Lane.

As Senior Sous Chef you will lead the kitchen brigade and to continue to develop the creativity and vision of our Executive Chef here at St Martins Lane. Working with the freshest seasonal produce within a highly talented brigade, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and delivery of all menus and the running of the kitchen.

You must have proven experience within a high standard fine dining high-energy establishment.

If you have a passion for food, have an interest in authentic freshly prepared dishes, able to organise and work on your own, can cook food to order, have attention to detail and an eye for presentation and be flexible and willing with a positive can-do attitude along with proven work history in 5* Restaurants/hotels then this is the role for you.
