- Take charge of banquet event operation
- Implement appropriate and effective measures to keep costs and expenses within budget
- Supervise the maintenance of service standards during banquet service operations
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Strong banquet knowledge in terms of type of event & basic set up
- Knowledgeable about P&L to control cost
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- A team player & builder
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
