Job Summary
The Valet Supervisor oversees the daily valet operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth vehicle handling, and efficient team performance in line with five-star hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise valet attendants during shifts.
- Ensure timely and safe parking and retrieval of guest vehicles.
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests.
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Security teams.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures.
- Prepare basic shift and incident reports.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–3 years of valet or hospitality experience.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid driving license.
