Ennismore is the management company of 16 hotel brands and looks after all Ennismore hotels in the DACH region from Hamburg - including the 25hours hotels. To date, the portfolio includes 15 hotels in the cities of Hamburg, Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Zurich, Vienna, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Paris, Copenhagen, Florence and Dubai. 25hours Hotels are exceptionally individual hotels and satisfy an urban, style-conscious audience with surprisingly uncomplicated hospitality.

15 hotels in 12 cities – and all rooms are always occupied. You will give 25hours the face in our Head Office Sales Team and represent all 25hours hotels on the market. Through close contact with our customers, you will ensure that we always have full hotels and the best parties. 

Job Description

In this way, you’ll be making our hotel something special ...

• Ideally, you have your home base in Hamburg and are the main point of contact for all sales colleagues in our hotels and the sales team at the Head Office in Hamburg. 
• Together with our VP of Commercial Development, you are responsible for developing an effective sales strategy aligned with the company's long-term goals and needs. 
• You directly and professionally lead a team of sales associates. This includes the selection, training, and guidance of the team to achieve sales objectives. 
• You are also responsible for creating and managing the sales budget, as well as generating regular reports on sales performance and progress towards goal attainment. 
• You keep a cool head even when all lines are buzzing, and your customers and team colleagues from Revenue Management, Reservations, E-Commerce, and Distribution call simultaneously.

• You already have some professional experience in sales and team leadership.  
• You have demonstrated success and speak very good English.  
• You have the ability to inspire people with our concept, are a passionate salesperson, and have a strategic mindset. 
• You are a doer, and you openly admit when you've made a mistake.
