Job Description

In this way, you’ll be making our hotel something special ...

• You’ll develop budgets and short to long range strategic planning for the operation of the spa.
• You’ll develop the spa's standard operating procedures and policies.
• You’ll manage and oversee spa operations to ensure successful achievement of overall business goals and objectives. 
• You’ll ensure that the spa operates cost effectively and efficiently.
• You’ll implement inventory control procedures to ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained.
• You’ll work with the Marketing and Communications team regarding all aspects of spa promotions.
• You’ll maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing, promotions and sales techniques.

Qualifications

Your experience and personality add that certain something extra ...

• You’ve a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in a luxury hospitality setting.
• You’ve certification in massage therapy or aesthetics from a recognized institution.
• You’ve strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills.
• You’re able to be efficient and productive in a dynamic environment.
• You’ve good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
