Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Development Manager to join our team in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for driving employee growth and organizational success through innovative learning and development initiatives.
- Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training and development programs that align with organizational goals and enhance employee skills
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans for individuals and teams
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and execute succession planning strategies
- Manage the performance review process and provide guidance to managers on effective performance management techniques
- Develop and maintain a learning management system to track employee progress and program effectiveness
- Create and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules
- Identify and implement best practices in talent development and stay current with industry trends
- Partner with leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization
- Manage the department's budget and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with relevant Egyptian labor laws and regulations in all development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in people development, talent management, or related HR roles
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful employee development initiatives
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- Expertise in training methodologies, performance management, and talent assessment techniques
- Proficiency in HR software and learning management systems
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Understanding of adult learning principles and current trends in learning and development
- Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
