Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, print media, and events
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, including press releases, newsletters, and social media posts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
- Manage and update the company's website and social media profiles, ensuring content is fresh and relevant
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing initiatives and events
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and trade shows
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and unique selling propositions
- Support the development of marketing budgets and track expenditures
- Contribute to the creation of marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
- Strong digital marketing skills, including experience with social media management and content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Creative thinking and innovative approach to marketing challenges
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and brand consistency
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the Vietnamese market and culture is advantageous but not required
