Job Description

Rixos Phu Quoc is looking for a Bell Person to join our Front Office team and deliver a warm and memorable welcome to our guests.

As one of the first and last team members our guests interact with, you play an important role in creating an outstanding arrival and departure experience. If you enjoy meeting people, providing excellent service, and working in a dynamic luxury resort environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Bell Person will be part of the Front Office team and deliver a warm and memorable welcome to our guests.

Guest Arrival & Departure

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel and room facilities.
  • Ensure luggage is delivered safely and efficiently to guest rooms.
  • Assist guests with luggage during departure and coordinate transportation if required.

Guest Service

  • Provide friendly and professional service to guests at all times.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with relevant departments when necessary.
  • Assist guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Ensure guests are guided in the right direction when arriving or leaving the hotel.

Concierge & Lobby Support

  • Support the Concierge team with guest transportation arrangements including taxis, limousines, and shuttle services.
  • Deliver messages, packages, newspapers, and parcels to guest rooms.
  • Assist with lobby paging services and guest inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the concierge and lobby areas.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Hospitality qualification or relevant education preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, approachable personality with a passion for guest service
  • Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
