Job Description
Kids Club Supervisor
The Kids Club Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kids’ club, ensuring a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children. This role involves supervising staff, planning activities, maintaining safety protocols, and providing excellent customer service to parents and guardians.
- Oversee and manage Kids Club Attendants, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure all Kids Club Attendants adhere to safety guidelines and childcare protocols.
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive atmosphere for children.
- Plan, organize, and lead age-appropriate activities, games, and educational experiences.
- Encourage creativity, teamwork, and social development among children.
- Ensure all activities align with company policies and safety regulations.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies, injuries, or behavioral incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and health concerns.
- Greet parents and children, ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's experience and progress.
- Address and resolve any parent complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Manage inventory of toys, supplies, and snacks, reporting any shortages.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in childcare, education, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Creativity in planning activities that engage children.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with children.
