What your workday looks like …
As a shift leader, you ensure that all processes run smoothly and that the team works together optimally – even in hectic situations.
- You make sure that our high service standards are maintained and motivate your colleagues to create an outstanding experience for our guests.
- As an experienced hospitality professional, you know how to delight guests and inspire your team while keeping an overview of everything.
- You support the onboarding and development of your team members and share your knowledge with enthusiasm.
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your resume …
- You have completed training in the hospitality industry and have already gained experience in a leadership role, as a supervisor or Chef de Rang.
- You enjoy working with people, motivating your team, and creating a positive atmosphere.
- Great food and drinks are your passion – you love discovering new concepts and sharing your knowledge.
- You bring not only your skills but also team spirit, initiative, and a hands-on mentality.
