Comprises with 210 hotel rooms and suites, also 135 fully furnished serviced apartments, each enjoying a generous amount of space and spectacular views of Jakarta’s skyline. The property also offers F&B outlets, meeting rooms, a ballroom, and a recreational facility that includes a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, a steam room, a sauna, and whirlpools.

Job Description

  • You’ll develop a strategic training plan that aligns with business goals and addresses skill gaps.
  • You’ll design and deliver impactful training programs to achieve organizational goals.
  • You’ll drive company culture.
  • You’ll ensure delivery of an effective onboarding program to support the retention of new talent and encourage a smooth transition into the business.
  • You’ll conduct training needs analysis and develop the employee development plan.
  • You’ll set up on-the-job training system, handle placement and scheduling of trainees, monitor and supervise their performance.
  • You’ll manage the training budget effectively, ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising the quality of programs.
  • You’ll administer all training records, ensure efficient records keeping and filing system. 

Qualifications

Your experience and personality are that certain something ...

  • You’ve a proven track record in training leadership role for at least 2 years.
  • You’ve excellent skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. 
  • You've strong communication and presentation skills.
  • You’re creative, proactive, confident in working with other teams and leaders.
  • You’re detailed-oriented and have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • You’re familiar with talent management and performance appraisal processes.
