Job Description
The Marketing Manager drives brand awareness and guest engagement through creative and data-driven campaigns. A critical role during the pre-opening phase to establish the brand identity in the market and build anticipation.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Opening:
- Develop and execute comprehensive pre-opening marketing and PR campaigns to generate buzz and awareness.
- Coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams to design brand collateral, signage, and digital content.
- Build relationships with media, influencers, and local partners for effective launch promotions.
- Establish digital platforms and social media presence consistent with Ennismore’s brand guidelines.
Operational:
- Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with Ennismore’s vision and unique lifestyle concept.
- Lead brand positioning efforts to differentiate the hotel in a competitive hospitality market.
- Manage ongoing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
- Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to optimize strategies.
- Organize promotional events, partnerships, and collaborations that enhance brand visibility.
- Manage the marketing budget and vendor relationships.
Brand Promotion:
- Ensure all marketing activities authentically reflect the brand ethos and Ennismore values.
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering a strong connection with target audiences.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years hospitality marketing experience, preferably with pre-opening projects.
- Strong strategic thinking and brand positioning skills.
- Excellent networking and project management skills.
