Job Description

1. To guard our guest's lives against drowning in the pool or beach

2. Conductive monitoring for the hotel pool and beach and make all hotel signs in his area updated.

3. Have a governmental certificate in life guard, updated and renew it.

4. Informing his management to prepare reports for any hazardous situations during his shift.

5. To be aware and have enough knowledge about first aid and how to deal with drowning cases.

6. Be flexible in assisting around different areas of the hotel and perform any other tasks assigned by your management.

7. Operates a quality professional fitness program, carrying out fitness testing, evaluations, and program design and fitness instruction.

8. To be aware of the hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policies.

9. Ensure all safety and cleaning standards are maintained throughout the hotel.

10. To predict that all activities and to purchase all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment, to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and share the responsibilities, share the individual responsibilities in order to increase environmental knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings. To provide minimum consumption of currently used all stuffs and equipment (paper, printed out etc.).

11. To implement necessary warnings and departmental training in order to save energy inside the facility. To carry on implementing decisions that were taken to save energy.

12. To implement his responsibilities in order to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way, reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment.

13. Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management and food safety management systems implemented at the facility.

14. Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.

Qualifications

* Education: At least a high school or vocational diploma.

* Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience

* Foreign Language: Sufficient level of English and Arabic to communicate effectively with guests and employees.

* Courses and Training: Professional training and seminars and professional certification.

* Computer Literacy: Not Required

* Skills: Expected to use basic tools and equipment related to the job. Expected to perform simple, specific and standard tasks that are generally repetitive.
