The 25hours Hotel Zürich West is the first 25hours Hotel in Switzerland and was designed by the well-known designer Alfredo Häberli. It offers 123 rooms, exciting conference facilities and plenty of space for stories and adventures. In the RIBELLI restaurant, everything revolves around genuine Italian cuisine: from pizza and oven dishes to wine and Italian craft beer. In typical 25hours style, the service is informal and personal. We are a young team and love our “you” culture mixed with good manners.
From “Grüezi” to “Adieu”: Together with the team at reception, you ensure happy guests from the first to the last moment.

Job Description
How does your working day look like...
- You do the operational planning, manage the entire front office team and support your colleagues in their development
- You are an empathetic host and support your colleagues with an infectious smile when all guests arrive at the same time for check-in
- You ensure correct billing and clean administrative processes
- You also stay on top of things when plans change spontaneously
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV...
- You have completed training in the hotel industry, have already gained management experience in the Rooms Division and speak fluent German and English. Other languages are an advantage
- You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests. You also know your way around the city and always have a few tips on the scene up your sleeve
- You are a doer - and openly admit when you have done something wrong
- You are no stranger to quality and attention to detail
- You not only bring your skills to the table, but also your character
- You live in Switzerland
