Job Description
- Supervise the daily operations of the Reservations Department to ensure efficient and accurate handling of all reservations.
- Ensure all reservation requests are processed promptly and professionally in accordance with Rixos and Accor standards.
- Monitor room availability, occupancy levels, and booking status to maximize hotel revenue and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Revenue, Sales, and other departments regarding reservations and room allocations.
- Ensure all guest profiles, booking details, and reservation records are maintained accurately in the system.
- Handle VIP reservations, special requests, and group bookings professionally and efficiently.
- Assist guests and clients with reservation inquiries, amendments, cancellations, and confirmations.
- Ensure all reservations are entered accurately into the hotel system in a timely manner.
- Monitor online booking channels, travel agents, and third-party reservation platforms.
- Supervise and support the Reservations team to ensure high productivity and service quality.
- Conduct training and coaching sessions for Reservations colleagues when required.
- Ensure all reservation procedures, policies, and rate codes are followed correctly.
- Handle guest complaints and reservation-related issues professionally and promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports as required by management.
- Support upselling opportunities and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality of guest information and booking details at all times.
- Maintain professional communication with guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.
- Ensure compliance with Rixos and Accor policies, procedures, and luxury hospitality standards.
