You are the heartbeat of the house! 💓
The General Manager duo, you make sure our teams feel supported, heard, inspired and empowered every step of the way. You are the HR ambassador for a team of a hundred people through a welcoming, quirky, and friendly atmosphere that you create. Our staff must be in good hands with you. 🤗
You are the go-to-person for all HR topics on property, from talent acquisition to employee relations, from payroll supervision to compliance, from culture building to leadership support. You keep the engine running and the spirit alive.
You attract and retain great talent, support leaders in developing high-performing teams, and help create a work environment that is fun, caring, efficient, and true to who we are.
You are in contact with the Global People & Culture team to ensure that local HR policy is aligned with local laws and Ennismore culture.
