Job Description
Familiarize him/herself with the design and layout of all guest and back of the house area. Obtain understanding of operating procedures related to such.
Required to maintain the Machineries in a state of readiness at all times.
Follow the shift duties as per department duty roster.
Oversee and maintain systems including Engineering plants and hotel equipment’s following preventative maintenance program on daily, weekly and monthly basis with the guidance from ADOE.
Participate in departmental team building activity.
Keep maintenance records, inventories and reports.
Maintain up to date logs for all equipment and communicate with ADOE / DOE frequently.
Oversee shift operation, reports, inventory and requisitions regarding equipment maintenance.
Familiar with all duties under the company Safety Management System including Emergency Response Activities.
Understand and practice hotel emergency fire procedures.
Perform all other engineering related duties assigned by the DOE. Offer services to internal/external customer when available.
Assist in development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs for mechanical equipment’s and facilities.
Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations and/or conclusions.
Estimate time, cost and amount and type of lumber and supplies required for projects; requisition lumber and supplies required.
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, instructions and applicable federal, state and local codes; direct any rework or modification.
To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badges at all times.
