Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Influencer Manager to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As an Influencer Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that align with our brand's objectives and values.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers across various social media platforms
  • Develop and implement innovative influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from conceptualisation to execution and reporting
  • Negotiate contracts and collaborate with influencers to create compelling content
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed analytics reports
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices in influencer marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
  • Manage budgets and optimise influencer marketing spend
  • Foster positive relationships with influencers and maintain a database of contacts
  • Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or a similar role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management
  • Ability to manage budgets and demonstrate ROI for influencer marketing initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and content quality
  • Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends and the influencer landscape
  • Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with Vietnamese culture and social media landscape is advantageous
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus
