Job Description
What Will You Do?
- Assist the Director of Sales to develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue target.
- Drive business leads for the hotel in all revenue generating stream to maximum revenue opportunities.
- Target corporate transient and group business with a heavy emphasis on proactive solicitation and account penetration.
- Develop and implement an account development plan for each assigned account to maximum revenue in both short term and long terms.
- Conduct all the sales-related activities to solicit new business and maintain excellent relationships.
- Train, develop, coach, and manage the performance of reporting associates to ensure the efficient running of department to maximise associate satisfaction, productivity, client and guest satisfaction.
- Responsible for the operations of the sales office in the absence of Director of Sales.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills
- Degree or above in hotel management or rated disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in hotel sales, preferably in upscale or lifestyle brand hotels.
- Strong network in the corporate segment.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, independent and customer oriented.
- Excellent command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
