We are currently look for amazing Talents to join our Front Office team as a Club Lounge Attendant! If you are a natural multitasker, like interacting with guests and like providing the best guest service then this role is for you!

Job Description

THE ROLE

Our Club Lounge Attendant will provide excellent quality service to the hotel guests in our Club Lounge (Executive Lounge) and help make a memorable experience!

  • Provide a high level of customer service to both external and internal customers and reinforce wherever possible our commitment to customer service
  • Prepare bar areas, ensuring an adequate supplies and suitable stock levels within the bars to service the operation. Advise the manager of replacement requirements
  • Monitor the quality of all menu and food production and service to ensure high standards are maintained at all times
  • Make sure H&S guidelines are adhered to at all times such as Responsible Service of Alcohol, Food hygiene etc
  • Ensure that club lounge is clean and presentable to the highest standard for our guests
  • Can work independently and responsibility with a high level of trust between yourself and management

Qualifications

THE PERSON

  • Initiates contacts and establishes rapport easily
  • Exceptional grooming & articulate in communication
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization and time management skills
  • Projects professional image at all times through personal presentation / interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays
