Lunchtimes are usually spent together in our canteen, or sometimes we go shopping at the Bikini mall - complete with discounts. In this way, a few friendships blossom from our young team.

Job Description

How does your working day look like ...

• You ensure smooth processes, clean tables and workstations in the ward so that you can work hand in hand as a team - even when all guests arrive at the same time
• You work in a coordinated and structured manner in both the early and late shift
• You are responsible for the high standard of our food and ensure that colleagues enjoy an equally special service experience
• Training new employees and trainees
• As a trained restaurateur, you never run out of things to do and conjure up the wow on the guest's face

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV ...

• You have management experience in a similar role and speak fluent English
• You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests. You also find it easy to communicate charmingly, even when things get tricky
• You are passionate about good food and drinks and enjoy discovering new concepts
• You are a doer - and openly admit when you have done something wrong
• You not only bring your skills to the table, but also your character
