Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Housing Attendant to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Housing Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining clean and well-organised accommodations.

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest standards
• Perform daily housekeeping duties, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with laundry services as needed
• Maintain accurate records of cleaned rooms and inventory of supplies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• Secondary school education or equivalent
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred
• Excellent cleaning and housekeeping skills
• Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures
• Strong time management and organisational abilities
• Keen attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the day
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• First aid certification is desirable
