Job Description
¡Your Purpose!
Ensure the hotel operates efficiently and delivers high-quality services to guests, while remaining aligned with the strategic goals set by Hotel Management. Key competencies required include: leadership skills, management, customer service, and a strong understanding of hotel operations in areas such as Housekeeping, Front Office, Guest Service, Maintenance, Security, and Laundry.

Supervise and coordinate the hotel’s daily operations, including Housekeeping, Front Office, Guest Service, Maintenance, Security, and Laundry departments.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
Implement and uphold policies and procedures to ensure service quality and guest satisfaction.
Assist in developing and managing the hotel’s budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring operations remain within set limits.
Address and resolve guest complaints or issues effectively, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers.
Analyze and evaluate operational processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Report directly to the General Manager, providing updates on hotel performance, operations, and new initiatives.
Ensure the hotel complies with all relevant health, safety, and labor regulations.
Qualifications
Who Are You?
Studies in hotel management, tourism, operations management, or a related field.
Previous experience of at least 3 years in a luxury hotel role with a background in Rooms.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both the local language and English.
Commitment to guest satisfaction and the ability to effectively resolve issues.
Ability to analyze operational and financial data and make informed decisions based on those insights.
Familiarity with the legal standards and regulations governing hotel operations.
