We are looking for Retail Associates to join the re-opening of the famed Delano Miami Beach.

Set to open its doors in 2026, Delano Miami Beach will fuse historic charm with contemporary luxury, reflecting a reimagined experience that pays homage to the original visionary concept. Comprising 171 rooms and distinct food and beverage concepts, the hotel will preserve its iconic walk-in pool and, in addition, unveil a new pool on an amenity deck, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Delano Miami Beach will act as the brand’s flagship location, re-establishing Delano as a trailblazer in luxury lifestyle hospitality. 

Job Description

Under the general guidance of the Retail Manager, the Retail Associate will deliver an elevated and personalized shopping experience that reflects the brand’s signature style and service excellence. They will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring every guest interaction is warm, intuitive, and memorable while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and product knowledge.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional personalized service to guests, anticipating needs and offered tailored recommendations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of all our of products, collections, and brand story telling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Ensure the retail space is impeccably presented at all times, in line with brand standards.
  • Assists with merchandising, restocking, and inventory control
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Handle guests inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Support daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and engaging guest experience
  • We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service. 
  • We will on occasion call for each individual on the team to perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, luxury hospitality, or a guest-facing role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and luxury retail environments
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail
  • Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other team members and departments
  • Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
  • Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift
  • Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend climb and carry objects as necessary
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumes
