Job Description

We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you'll be the heart of our bar operation, crafting exceptional beverages and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You'll combine technical expertise with genuine warmth to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your passion for hospitality truly matters.

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including craft cocktails, coffee, soft drinks, and spirits, with precision and creativity
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, ingredients, and bar systems to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
• Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging with customers in a friendly, professional manner and anticipating their needs
• Organize and maintain the bar station, ensuring cleanliness, proper inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
• Collaborate seamlessly with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations during all service periods
• Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately and responsibly
• Stay current with industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the bar program and guest experience
• Work flexibly across varying shifts to support team goals and operational demands

Qualifications

• Proven bartending experience with demonstrated expertise in cocktail preparation and coffee making
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Solid understanding of beverage preparation techniques, flavor profiles, and mixology principles
• Proficiency with bar systems, POS technology, and cash handling procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Physical stamina and ability to work comfortably in a standing position for extended periods
• Demonstrated commitment to hospitality with a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Preferred: Mixology certification or advanced bartending training
• Preferred: Food safety and hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain)
