You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience: you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive!

How does your working day look like …

• At the reception of the Restaurant, you’ll make sure that guests aren’t just contented, but enthusiastic
• You’ll receive and welcome the restaurant guests with a always keep your cool – even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same time
• You will escort the restaurant guests to their assigned table, already offering them a first drink
• You will ensure that the waiting staff takes care of the seated guest
• You will provide any necessary information about the products for sale in the department
• You will be responsible for confirming and managing reservations and handling information requests by phone, email, or in person.
• You will manage and monitor the reservation software system.
• Micros & payment methods
• You will be responsible for welcoming and seating walk-in customers.
• You will always be on the front line and kept up to date on menu changes and all new offers within the department.

Qualifiche

• Guest focused personality is essential
• You’ve gained some professional experience in the hotels and/or restaurant and can speak English and italian fluently
• You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character

• Experience is an asset
• Prior experience working with Micros or a related system
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Fluency in English and italian, additional languages are a plus
• Available to work during evening shift
