An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our Rixos The Palm team. To provide exceptional service to the employees & maintains the overall efficiency of standards set.

Job Description:
- Organizing employee engagement events, maintain annual and monthly calendar.
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring of all rank & file employee
- Manage the recruitment process from coordinating interviews, contract preparation, coordinating employee arrivals and onboarding
- Maintain employees files by regularly filing employees’ documents
- Maintain employee locker inventory and pest control
- Track and maintain probation period of all employees
- Organize daily incoming correspondence, make preliminary assessment and handle/respond as appropriate
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
- Handle confidential matters/information with the appropriate level of sensitivity
- Develop and maintain confidential departmental employee files, documents and databases
- Proper grooming at all times
Your experience and skills include:
- Relevant experience as admin or coordinator in hospitality is a must
- Diploma/ BS degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field
- Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
