- You are like a Conductor directing your all orchestra = relationships with our guests and the Mama Gang
- Maintaining the highest standards of Food and Beverage quality and exceptional service is your Passion ✨
- You´re Pro when working with management to develop strategies and activities for F&B outlets, communicating with influencers, community events and other services
- Reporting, forecasting, profit improvement, pricing
- Cost control; overseeing product ordering, inventory and repairs
Qualifications
- Out of box thinking
- Previous experience in a large hotel or restaurant
- Ability to anticipate the needs and desires of our guests and balance them with the business needs of the company
- ..but at the same time, you can carry three plates at once if needed 💪
- Excellent communication skills
- You can't do without fluent English and Czech languages
- EU CITIZENS ONLY!
