Job Description

  • Responsible for conducting and reporting quality & food safety controls of the hotel.
  • Responsible for adapting to and implementing, monitoring and reporting the compliance of the hotel according to Rixos Hotels UAE quality management standards & hotel’s quality, food safety and sustainability management certifications, ( ISO 9001, ISO 10002, ISO 14001, TS EN 15288:2, ISO 22000, GSTC, IBCCES CAC ) and local food safety laws and regulations.
  • Responsible for attending the Rixos Hotels UAE cross-internal audits.
  • Responsible for conducting and reporting the supplier audits.
  • Responsible for conducting the laboratory sampling, analyzing and reporting the results.
  • Responsible for carrying out and recording trainings related with quality management, food safety and sustainability.
  • Responsible for completing the other assigned duties by Quality & Sustainability department management.
  • Will report to hotel’s Quality & Sustainability Manager.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology or related expertise.
  • At least 2 years experience in 4/ 5 stars hotels based in the UAE.
