Job Description

How does your working day look like …

• Together with the Restaurant and Banqueting Manager, you ensure the successful day-to-day leadership of the restaurant and banquet operations, guaranteeing smooth and efficient service processes
• You know how to motivate and develop your team. Supporting and coaching your service crew comes naturally to you, and you organize trainings, team meetings, and daily briefings
• As a passionate host, you create a true “WOW experience” for our guests and actively support operations in both the restaurant and banqueting areas
• You take care of administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, creating manuals and checklists, reservation management, and more
• You support your team with an infectious smile, even when all guests place their orders at once, and you stay on top of things even when plans change at short notice

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV …

• You have already gained initial leadership experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a comparable role, ideally within the hospitality industry
• You enjoy working with career changers and apprentices and take pride in developing your team into service talents
• You inspire your team just as much as your guests. You are well-versed in service organization and confident in creating staff schedules
• You stand for the high quality of our products, are passionate about great food and drinks, and have a love for Italian cuisine
• You are hands-on – and openly admit when you’ve made a mistake
• You bring not only your skills, but also your personality
