Ennismore is the management company of 16 hotel brands and looks after all Ennismore hotels in the DACH region from Hamburg – including the 25hours hotels. To date, the portfolio includes 15 hotels in the cities of Hamburg, Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Zurich, Vienna, Düsseldorf, Paris, Copenhagen, Florence, and Dubai. 25hours Hotels are exceptionally individual hotels and satisfy an urban, style-conscious audience with surprisingly uncomplicated hospitality.

15 hotels in 12 cities – and all rooms always occupied. You give 25hours a face in our Head Office Sales Team, representing all 25hours hotels on the market. Through close contact with our customers, you ensure that we always have full hotels and the best parties.

Job Description

How you make our hotels special…

• Ideally, you have your home base in Hamburg and are the main contact for all sales topics in the groups and MICE segment.
• Together with our VP of Commercial Development, the Head of Sales, and the entire Head Office team, you ensure the best possible occupancy of our hotel beds.
• As a brand ambassador for 25hours, you ensure that our brand is always represented on the relevant channels in line with the brand philosophy, both with customers and on-site in the hotels.
• You handle rate negotiations, exclusive sales of the hotels, and F&B outlets as successfully as you manage the overview of the set lodging budget and the adherence to the activity plan.
• You keep a cool head even when all the wires are glowing, and your customers and team colleagues are calling simultaneously.

Qualifications

Your experience and personality are that certain something…

• You already have professional experience in sales, and the Entertainment sector is enjoyable for you.
• You have demonstrated successes in a similar role and speak very good English.
• You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and are a passionate salesperson.
• You are a doer, and you openly admit when you've made a mistake.
• You bring not only your skills but also your character.
