Job Description
• HR Administration: Prepare and process HR documentation such as employment contracts, transfer letters, and memos. Ensure proper filing and recordkeeping of all employee documents in physical and digital formats.
• Employee Records: Maintain up-to-date employee information in HR systems and ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
• Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation scheduling, welcome kits, and documentation collection.
• Leave Management: Track and record employee leave, absences, and attendance. Coordinate with payroll for timely submission of leave and attendance reports.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee activities, events, and wellness programs. Support internal communications and engagement initiatives.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulations. Assist in updating and communicating HR policies and procedures.
• Payroll Support: Provide administrative support for payroll processing by submitting necessary documentation and verifying employee information.
• Reporting: Generate regular HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and training completion, and submit them to the Manager, People & Culture.
• Communication: Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Respond promptly and professionally.
• Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to support HR needs and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in HR coordination or administrative support, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
