Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate learning leader who brings energy, creativity, and structure to how our teams grow. In this role, you’ll drive the hotel’s learning strategy—from preparing the annual training plan and budget to ensuring every team member completes their mandatory learning on time. You’ll bring our learning culture to life by coordinating impactful training programs, coaching leaders, developing departmental trainers, and championing our digital learning platforms. You’ll analyse data, track progress, and turn insights into action that elevates capability across the hotel.
You’ll also play a key role in talent development—supporting annual talent reviews, guiding performance cycles, building transparent development programmes, and giving teams the feedback they need to thrive. As an ambassador for our culture, you’ll boost engagement and People & Culture audits, and help leaders communicate with clarity, transparency, and impact.
With a strong sense of judgement and integrity, you’ll navigate complex situations, uphold confidentiality, and ensure our approach aligns with legislation, policy, and our values. You’ll also review hotel KPI's and identify how learning can meaningfully add value to the business.
