Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Europe & UK to join our team on the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the Sales Manager responsible for the European and UK markets, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening relationships with travel partners and clients across the region.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that position Rixos Phu Quoc as a preferred destination for leisure, luxury, and group travellers from Europe and the United Kingdom.

The Sales Manager – Europe & UK will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across the region. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, expanding market share, and strengthening the resort’s presence within key travel and hospitality networks.

You will establish and maintain strong relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers, corporate partners, and key industry stakeholders across the European and UK markets. The role involves analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly. You will also forecast sales performance, prepare regular reports for senior management, and support the development of new packages or offerings based on customer feedback and market demand.

Regular travel within Europe and the UK will be required to support sales initiatives, attend trade shows and industry events, conduct sales calls, and strengthen relationships with key partners.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 5–7 years of sales management experience within the European and UK travel markets, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is required, with an MBA or relevant advanced degree considered an advantage. Strong analytical skills and experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and performance metrics are essential.

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to develop successful sales strategies in international markets and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and business intelligence tools is expected.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills are required, along with fluency in English. Knowledge of additional European languages would be considered a strong advantage. The role requires flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within Europe and the United Kingdom.
