This is an exciting new position within Ennismore’s growing portfolio of lifestyle brands, representing the first Morgans Originals hotel in India.
Job Description
We’re looking for a Cultural Marketing Manager to join Ennismore’s global collective, leading cultural connections, activations, content, and guest experience for Roswyn, A Morgans Originals Hotel in Mumbai — the very first Morgans Originals property in India.
Based in Mumbai and reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll shape the creative identity and marketing strategies for Roswyn and its two destination restaurants. This is a role for a connector, a creator, and a cultural translator — someone who can seamlessly blend local insights with global brand storytelling, bringing Roswyn to life in ways that feel authentic, exciting, and unforgettable.
What you’ll do...
Play a strategic role in launching the Roswyn brand in India, owning the cultural components of the opening to ensure a debut that makes waves in Mumbai.
Partner with the Director of Marketing to build marketing and guest experience strategies that drive revenue, deliver positive reviews, and earn the attention of press and tastemakers.
Act as a cultural connector, building bridges with Mumbai’s creative, culinary, and lifestyle communities to secure partnerships, create activations, and foster ongoing engagement.
Guide the cultural and brand objectives of Roswyn’s opening and beyond, staying on top of consumer trends and evolving our storytelling.
Be the guardian of brand standards across the entire guest journey — from hotel to restaurants to bars.
Lead the creation of social and digital content for local channels, campaigns, and collateral, ensuring every touchpoint sells Roswyn’s story with impact.
Own the social media strategy for the hotel and restaurants, from content planning to creator management to agency partnerships.
Support PR efforts, including content, activations, and hosting press and KOLs for full-immersion brand experiences.
Collaborate with digital marketing teams, using data and insights to drive commercially effective campaigns.
Partner with global brand leaders to deliver collaborations, talent partnerships, and stories that expand Roswyn’s reach and reinforce our positioning.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for…
An experienced cultural marketer with a flair for interesting partnerships, creative ideas, content creation and how to connect with consumers across a range of touchpoints.
Someone with a full roster of tastemaker connections in Mumbai and the region – you have your finger on the pulse and know how to build meaningful creative alliances
Someone who can chat confidently with a revenue team one minute, and a digital team the next, can have amazing catch ups with legal over a contract but also write a creative brief for a design team
Someone with an eye for detail – you’re going to have to love reading copy and creating captions for social media to ensure it’s always on brand but also, it’s the best it can be
Ability to inspire PR, content and social media teams and KOLs with confidence
You know what makes a great campaign and what will capture someone’s attention and you are used to working with brand partners ensuring all parties get something great out of the activations
You are kind and personable and when you work with all teams you are respectful, collaborative, constructive and supportive.
Someone proactive and able to work independently but likes being sociable & collaborative too
Someone who loves to think strategically but also has a creative eye for detail
A great communicator with stakeholders across a business at any level
