Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients to increase company revenue
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals with corporate customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to build relationships and generate leads
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate sales or B2B sales
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
  • Analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data
  • Results-oriented mindset with a visionary approach to sales strategies
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Team player with the capacity to collaborate across departments
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours when required
  • Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
  • Knowledge of the local business landscape in Dubai and the UAE is a plus
