Company Description

Ennismore is a creative hospitality company with a global collective of entrepreneurial and founder-built brands with purpose at their heart. Made up of three business units, comprising 17 brands; 180+ operating hotels and resorts, with over 90 iconic venues, and over 300 restaurants and bars. Ennismore puts innovation at the centre of everything it does, with four dedicated in-house specialist studios, a creative studio of interior and graphic designers; a digital product and tech innovation lab, and a partnerships and collaborations unit. Ennismore is committed to positively impacting the world, with a key focus on creating inclusive communities among its teams and in the places it calls home.

As we continue to grow our leisure travel business across Latin America, we are building out our regional Leisure Sales team supporting SLS Baha Mar and our All-Inclusive Collection across Mexico, the Caribbean, and Latin America, a growing AIC portfolio that includes SLS Playa Mujeres, Mondrian Cancún, Park Royal Hotels, and Rixos Hotels.

Job Description

What you'll do...

  • Own the Latin America leisure sales strategy, setting priorities and targets that align with brand and ownership expectations across the portfolio.
  • Lead and develop the regional leisure sales team, including tour operator and account management resources, providing direction, coaching, and performance accountability.
  • Manage key account strategies with major tour operators, consortia, and wholesale partners, and coordinate primary and secondary account coverage across the region.
  • Expand market penetration across Latin America, identifying new trade partners, source markets, and distribution opportunities to grow revenue.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with travel trade, consortia, tour operators, key travel advisors, and destination-wedding/social group specialists across the region.
  • Introduce and grow multi-brand awareness — including Rixos and Park Royal — within the Latin America leisure segment, positioning the full portfolio for trade partners.
  • Deliver against revenue and production targets for the leisure segment, tracking performance by account, market, and channel.
  • Represent the portfolio at key trade shows, sales missions, and industry events across Latin America, building visibility and credibility with trade partners.
  • Collaborate closely with hotel-level Directors of Sales, Revenue Management, and corporate commercial teams to align regional strategy with property-level execution.
  • Oversee reporting on account production, market trends, and sales team performance, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to corporate and ownership stakeholders.
  • Stay current on Latin America travel trade dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging distribution trends to keep the portfolio's leisure strategy ahead of the market.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the region's trade partners, hotel teams, and corporate leadership, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all levels.
